After signing several new clients, completing two major releases in two months, and having laid the groundwork for some significant upgrades the PropertyTRAK team spent Saturday morning golfing at Sykes/Lady in Overland Park, Kansas to celebrate these accomplishments.

Requesters and Staff can Add Documents to Service Requests
Pressing the Submit & Add Documents button brings up the add document page. Users can add notes, documents, or images to their request. Once added, documents form part of the service request history and cannot be removed.

Service Requests: email with comments action
This action is available for service requests in any status. It opens up a messaging screen with the service request details, and a field to add comments.
Updates to PropertyTRAK Notifications Rules
The benefit is improved communications to improve work flow oversight via email.
Approve Service Request Page: Change Property
The benefit is the coordinator can now correct or change the property assignment on the service request
More details go to the Work Order when the Work Order is approved
Requesters can provide information regarding the request using the more details field. This field now automatically carries over to the work order upon approval.
Staff with no permissions can create service requests and view own requests
This change provides a new level of staff role to enable staff to have very limited work order access, but still be able to submit service requests like an employee or tenant user.
Work Order Created page: Complete and Close button
Adding this button enables more efficient logging and evaluation of work that has been completed.
Staff Users Need Report Permissions to See Reports
Staff only have reports available if they have been given the report permission on their permissions profile.
